Lumanvio respects copyright. Users upload content to the Service (for example construction plans and drawings, which are typically protected by copyright), and we respond to infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Reporting infringement (DMCA notice)
If you believe content hosted on Lumanvio infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example the document link or project);
- Your name, address, telephone number and email;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Upon a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the user who uploaded it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send the agent a counter-notice containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal was a mistake; your name, address and phone; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, [ARBITRATION VENUE]'s district) and to accept service from the notifying party.
If the notifying party does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
