You have been asked to review and sign a document electronically through Lumanvio, a platform operated by Urban Builders Consulting Inc ("we"). This disclosure explains what that means. Please read it before signing.

By checking the consent box and signing, you agree that:

  • you consent to receive, review and sign this document electronically, and to do business electronically with the party that sent it to you (the "Sender") for this transaction;
  • your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, consistent with the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state law (UETA);
  • you intend to sign and be bound by the document you are signing.

Your consent applies to this transaction and related documents the Sender shares with you through Lumanvio (for example change orders on the same project).

2. What we record

To make your signature verifiable, we record with it: your typed name, the signature image you draw, the date and time, your IP address, your device and browser, and a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of the exact document you signed. This audit trail is stored with the signed document and may be provided to the Sender and, if needed, used as evidence of the signing.

3. Your copy

After signing you can download the signed document (PDF) from the same page. We recommend saving a copy. You can also request a copy from the Sender at any time.

You are not required to sign electronically. If you prefer to sign on paper, do not sign here — contact the Sender directly and ask for a paper copy; the Sender's contact information is on the document. Declining to sign electronically will not prevent you from doing business with the Sender, but this specific request will remain unsigned until completed another way.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic records for future documents by contacting the Sender. Withdrawal does not affect documents you have already signed.

5. What you need

A device with a current web browser, an internet connection, and the ability to view and store PDF files. By consenting, you confirm you can access this document on your device.

6. Who we are (and are not)

Lumanvio provides the signing technology on behalf of the Sender. We are not a party to the document you are signing, we do not represent the Sender or you, and we do not provide legal advice. Questions about the document's content belong to the Sender; questions about the signing technology can go to support@lumanvio.com.
